Note that Debian is a trademark (I hope), and this would prevent it from
being used as a name for a company or product in the computer business.
Especially Debian Systems Labs, or selling CD's with "Debian" printed on it.
Note that Linus did explicitely say that he does not want to enforce the
Linux trademark he owns, so this is a different pair of shoes.
To make it short: Trademark infringement can't be justified by fair use
clause.
