Vocabulaire
-----------
Les termes "logiciel" ou "le logiciel" identifient l'ensemble des fichiers
diffusés et constituant le programme informatique SYMPA, qu'il s'agisse de
code source ou bien de code exécutable.
Le terme "version standard" identifie une version non modifiée du logiciel
SYMPA, ou bien une version qui a été modifiée avec l'accord des ayant-droit,
et selon les termes ci-après.
Le terme "ayant-droit" regroupe la ou les personnes physiques ou morales
citées dans le Copyright de ce logiciel.
Le terme "vous" s'applique au lecteur de ce document, s'il envisage de copier
et distribuer le logiciel.
Le terme "logiciel libre" signifie que le logiciel est diffusé gratuitement
ou bien à moindre frais (frais de duplication et de diffusion) et que toute
personne le recevant est elle même autorisée à le redistribuer dans les
mêmes conditions qu'elle l'a reçue.
Conditions d'utilisation et de diffusion du logiciel SYMPA

vous pouvez en faire ce que vous voulez, à condition de ne pas les
combiner avec le logiciel pour en faire une nouvelle distribution.

"Standard Version" refers to such a Package if it has not been modified, or has
been modified in accordance with the wishes of the Copyright Holder as
specified below.
"Copyright Holder" is whoever is named in the copyright or copyrights for the
package.
"You" is you, if you're thinking about copying or distributing this Package.
"Freely Available" means that no fee is charged for the item itself, though
there may be fees involved in handling the item. It also means that recipients
of the item may redistribute it under the same conditions they received it.
Conditions for using and distributing Sympa

It does mean that all the datas produced (archives, stats, ...) by sympa
are owned by "you" (ie they are not the property of the copyright holders)
and you can do whatever you want with those datas except to "bind them"
with the Package in order to make a new distribution of the Package. However
I think you can make a new distribution (with datas) as long as you doesn not
present it as a standard-version.
