Hi Bruce. Is your concern with the wording of the license, or the jikespg
dependency? The latter seems extremely problematic to me upon reflection, as it
means we would be effectively unable to maintain jikes without use of
binary-only available tools.
What were the critical differences between draft and released licenses which
caused you to alter your opinion?
