There's a reason for us not to distribute debian sources: contributory
infringement.

I'd rather not try to explain this legal concept, but for those who
haven't encountered it before:  If you make it possible for
someone to violate copyright, and encourage them to do so, you
may be responsible for copyright violation.  This is why publically
available photocopiers have notices on them about copyright law:
the photocopier itself doesn't violate copyright, but it makes
it easy to do so.
