I've had a look through the BIOS and the only "BOOT" tab that's there 
lists

Hard Drive
CD-ROM
Removeable Devices
Network Boot

I can't find any alternative boot orders.

The only option listed that looks promising is "Remote Power On" which is 
enabled. Waking on lan without this option doesn't work at all.

To clarify:

# ethtool eth0 | grep Wake-on
	Supports Wake-on: pumbg
	Wake-on: g
