Good.
Good.

I think that would be impossible.

What about ftp, ssh, smtp, pop?

Do you have any other machines on the network that you can test? What
about another OS on the machine? We need to figure out if there is a
misconfiguration on your machine or upstream.
I have a desktop machine on the network connected via a cable. It is always ok.
I have a pre-installed Windows Vista in my laptop but I don't use it, so I don't know whether there's any problem with windows.
Do you think that it's the router's bug? I have a TP-LINK WR541G/542G Wireless Router.
