Basically you need to turn your laptop into a router. I use the firehol package to setup a firewall on both the internet and the wireless interfaces, and to setup routing between them. Also the dnsmasq package to provide basic DHCP service to wireless clients connecting over the wireless network. It was a little bit tricky to get working, maybe there are easier-to-use tools out there (it is already a long time since I did my own research) but firehol is very small and compact and the laptop I have configured as a router (and webserver) is only a Pentium I so I wanted to minimize the software load.
