Hello, A vendor (carrefour in France) accepts to try the CD live Knoppix on the laptop acer 5633wlmi cgf1012 (core 2 duo T5500) But when PMCIA is checked the boot failed.I can boot with the option "Knoppix no pcmcia" but I wonder which is the meaning of the crash.
The price (899 euros) seems cheap for such laptop. Is it a good choice ? Thanks in advance for any hint. -- Gérard
