try adding pci=noacpi to your kernel command line.
if you are using grub, edit /boot/grub/menu.lst at the line starting
with '# kopt='. run 'sudo update-grub' afterwards to propagate it to the
actual kernel parameters.

I done this ... u can see dmseg log bottom of mail. Nothing change.
ACPI is disable in this time (3th line) ...
