What is the status of your installation, at which point do you get
stuck? The most important thing for us to know is if you have a problem
with KDE specifically or a more general problem with the graphical
environment (the X window system). Maybe you can have a look at this

Try to follow what is described and then tell us where the problems
start, the exact error messages, which version of Debian you are using,
