If I get properly your question, then you can see what you can get as a 
package by:

apt-cache search <name>

btw, in my case this works:

h1siglushkov/home/glushkov#apt-get install libdb4.2++-dev libbz2-dev 
bzip2 libssl-dev libreadline5-de
