go to http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages , choose testing and type
the package... that's it...
optionally, "apt-get install package", (don't forget to
update /etc/apt/sources.list with testing). See my sources.list:
deb ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian testing contrib main non-free
