X.Org is in testing ("etch") now.  So the easiest way is to just do a
clean install from etch.  If you want everthing except X to be from
stable ("woody"), it's a bit harder, but not much:

- do a clean install from woody
- include both woody and etch archives in your sources.list
- set APT::Default-Release to woody in apt.conf
- apt-get update
- do "apt-get install -t etch xserver-xorg", etc. to install only some
  pieces from testing

If you want everything from sid, you shouldn't be asking this question :-)
