Throttling for ATI FireGL T2?

Hi all

Is there a possibility to throttle a ATI Mobility FireGL T2 with the
XFree default driver (ati, radeon)?

And what is the Option I have to add to the driver?

Or are the ATI-drivers now working correctly with suspend-to-*?
