Debian on LG's LW60 notebook

In case someone finds it useful, I created a webpage describing how to
get Debian working on an LW60:

So far, most things are working, except for sound. lspci shows:

0000:00:1b.0 0403: Intel Corporation 82801FB/FBM/FR/FW/FRW (ICH6 Family)
High Definition Audio Controller (rev 04)

which requires the snd-azx driver in alsa 1.0.8. I tried upgrading
debian to "unstable" to try out kernel-image-2.6.11-1-686 which is
supposed to include alsa 1.0.8, but after all that it seems it does not
include the snd-azx driver. Does anyone know if they azx driver will be
included with kernel-image-2.6.12?
