Re: problem with 1280x800 resolution



ok,
i found this line at /var/log/XFree86.0.log, i think this is the main problem:

(II) NVIDIA(0): Not using mode "1280x800" (no mode of this name)

Is it a problem of the NVIDIA driver? in the XF86Config-4 (attached in
the previous mail) is written "1280x800" but NVIDIA somehow didnt
recognize it

any ideas?
