Your video card has only one overlay unit. Therefore, you need to
choose if you want the overlay on the first or the second screen,
since the X server cannot guess it. This is an option of the X
server.

For XFree86 4.3, I think this is OverlayOnCrtC2 option. You need to
add something like that in your video card section :

   Option "OverlayOnCRTC2"
