Same problem as root (once I got the file set to the right permissions
that is). I can also only have one user attempt it at a time and in
between I have to delete the /tmp/mcop-emmajane/secret-cookie file.

There's only myself and root (and htdig, but completely irrelevant here)
on this system. Not sure when the other system groups would have been
initiated/created.
