I use woody on my PC, and I've got XFree86 4.2.1 on it, here are some links:
#xfree86 4.2.1
deb http://people.debian.org/~blade/woody/i386 ./
#XFree86 4.3 backport
#deb http://devel-home.kde.org/~nolden/X11/ woody main
(I didn't try the 4.3 backport, because of dependances of OpenOffice.org, but
it seems to work fine for me with 4.2.1, but don't know if with radeon 7500,
because I've got an old ati rage pro or what...)
