I'd suggest you have a look at links. It's better than lynx
in text mode (does tables or frames better.. Not sure which,
but I _know_ it looks much nicer) and then if you compile it
yourself you can get 'links -g' which works in graphics
mode, either under X or directly on svgalib (although I
haven't tried that myself). links -g renders pretty well;
