I ran woody breifly before upgrading to sid on my inspiron 8200. The
X 4.1 nv driver didn't support my nvidia video. Works ok with Sid's
4.2, except the need to switch vt's back and forth after closing the
cover. (Appears the bios doesn't restore the video settings
properly.) They have several graphics options, mine is no longer
offered. I think there's a 4.2 backport for woody, or you could try
the non-free nvidia driver.
Untested modem, (found closed-source drivers) firewire, pcmcia.
