my wife has the same model and I upgraded it today to woody (OK, I
made a backup of everything and deleted slink first ;-). With slink
the Xircom CD3-10/100 network card worked, and with woody I have no
problems. Maybe it is your nic which has problems.

lspci -v whould be easier to read. But I see you have PCI bus 1 on
which the NIC is. Do you have a docking station? The rest locks like the
one I have here.

Oh and it is a combo card. Maybe you should edit
/etc/pcmcia/config.opts to include the high ports (they worked with
slink) and exclude irq 3.
If it doesn't help, send the output of lspci -v and
cardctl config 0, cardctl ident 0
