Its not really difficult to do this with the pcmcia tools.  All one does
is create stanzas in /etc/pcmcia/network.opts or even
/etc/pcmcia/wireless.opts and then create append lines in lilo that
launch the schemes.  When the system boots the next time it will show
both entries in lilo.

I've used netenv before and it was pretty easy to setup all in all.  But
its not terribly time consuming or difficult to use the lilo.conf append
and pcmcia schemes method.
