Maybe you're trying the wrong partition number. Try dir fw:1,\ to see if that is the case; if so, vary the number until you found the right one (2 or 8 are nice tries).
I get:> fw:1,\ method <dir> not found ihandle=ffbc8080 phandle=ff974af8 DIR method failed
