Where can I find a boot disk with 2.4.4?

Hellllllloooooooooooo everyone!
I am trying to install Debian on a Thinkpad 760C Pentium 90 with 40 megs of ram and 720 megs HD space. I am trying to do this with an external Back Pack Series 6 cd-rewriter drive. On their website, they say the drivers are already included in the 2.4.4 kernal and higher. So anybody know where I can get a bootdisk with this kernal in it? I'm a newbie so compiling things would be difficult! I am intending to use this seup as my main unit to learn Linux on. Wish me luck,
Thanks!
Ralph
