Because to upgrade the package needs to use 
some packages of the unstable part. Like libc6 
and maybe many others. This has prevented me 
to break some dependencies.

This is what lspci is saying to me : 
VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon Mobility M6 LY

So this one is working with 4.2.1
