change the right file under /etc/modutils/ and than run update-modules
ti generate the new modules.conf

Do you know the chipset? whats says pcmcia when you start it?
The most common chipset are prims2 and hermes both are supported with
the orinoco_cs driver. Which can be came from the kernel or from
pcmcia-cs.
configuring is done under /etc/pcmcia/wirless.opt

Hm, the list dont help much, As you see the devicenumber
translation results all the time unknown.
