Re: Thinkpad A21e sound issue



Here is some more info.....when I boot up I get the following:

"Error while initializing sound driver.  /dev/dsp can't 
be opened (permission denied)"

Pretty clueless about drivers and modules.
I would appreciate any help and in the meantime
I will be off "googling" for while to try and figure this
out myself.
