You may need to a newer version of pcmcia-cs. On my machine, version 3
of that card is listed as using the axnet_cs module, not pcnet_cs. You
might be able to get by without upgrading, if pcmcia-cs from Potato has
that module -- try stuffing these lines into your /etc/pcmcia/options:
