Try something like:

Make
Make install

If not you could use modconf and probably use the 8139 or 8139too
modules.

   work well, I have a problem now because I bought a pcmcia ethernet

is a realtek 8139
   chipset. The floppy disk from manufactory have a linux driver but
there
is no explnation how to
   install...I have just some file :

   1) kern_compat_k
   2) Makefile
   3) rtl8139.c

   I kwnown tha module file end .0 so I do not kwnown how to insert this
in
my debian kernel 2.2.19

   Any help ?
