tecra8200 buildin card gives errors

The buildin ethernet-board gives me a hheadache.
When I try to sendover/receive say the complate 2.4.9 tarball, all goes
fine.
But when I run apt-get update, if reaks out on me.

I've included a file wiht the error-listings and the initialisation of the
card from my syslog file.
If anyone has a solution, please.
