If you host domain and email domain are different, you can set
the email domain in your ~/.muttrc with

   set hostname=home.com

In Fetchmail, you can set a specific domain for your email
   username with

   smtpaddress home.com

so, a .fetchmailrc might look like:

   poll mailserver.isp.com with proto POP3
   	user jcoppock
	password ****** is jcoppock
	smtpaddress home.com

which (I think) means jcoppock@mailserver.isp.com is
   jcoppock@home.com locally.
