hi,
thanks for the article, but it speeks about a 14' monitor.
i have a 15' monitor with resolution of 1440x1050 and i would like to make X
working in that resolution but i had a big problem to do it.

i have found a rather good article about Linux on the E500 the address is;

at least that is what is printed on the bottom of the page - it works :-))

there is lots of stuff about the quircky side of the E500.  ENJOY.
