couldn't boot existing NT partition.

I did exactly like this, but still get the msg "no such image". when I
type <Tab>, it shows only 'linux'.

it looks like the installation erased the label for my NT partition. Can
I
reset it in linux? I couldn't find such under linux's fdisk
