they refers to the kernel headers ... i don't know if all of them are 
at /usr/include ... maybe you need to install the kernel-headers .deb 
package corresponding to your kernel.

they'll be at /usr/src/linux-<version> and this directory must be 
simlinked by /usr/src/linux

when i compiled alsa had the kernel sources there, but AFAIK it's enough 
if you have just the headers ...
