so, is there no directory named "/lib/modules/2.0.36/pcmcia" on your
machine now?

as a side note, i always try to keep around either the pcmcia-source
debian package or the source for pcmcia-cs in tar.gz form.  when i
upgrade pcmcia-cs, i try to keep the older deb files around too.
