That's just a warning.  Doesn't appear serious... (famous last words!)

You have:
  other=/dev/hda1
      label=win
      read-only

I have:
  other=/dev/hda1
     label=win
     table=/dev/hda

I'm certain you need the 'table' option, I'm not sure whether you can have
'read-only'.
