I don't know about second-hand availability but I recently bought a Intel PRO/100 LAN+Modem56 CardBus II directly from Intel online for $110 new. It uses the eepro100cb driver and it's fast. Its a 10/100 nic. I am running woody on a SONY PCG-XG500 Vaio. Good luck.
