I'd like to add that there are currently a few people willing to
translate those packages. The most active project is MOST (CCed),
where the translation/coordination happen. We translate also
GNOME/Ubuntu/LibreOffice/... projects.
So, please join MOST project to coordinate with other people. For me,
I've completed the translation of all Level 1 files and committed
yesterday.
