On <https://www.debian.org/releases/index.sv>, the link for Debian 11
(Bullseye) points to <https://www.debian.org/releases/buster/>, which
has fooled me a couple of times already :-)

(I don't think I have write access to the web sources any longer, so
someone in the current team will have to fix it...)
