Yes, of course, that's what we also try to achieve in German to avoid
confusing the users. A similar case is »directory« and »folder«. In
fact, it's the same object in a filesystem, but in GUI apps,
»directory« is less common than »folder«, and in contrast, command
line apps use very rarely »folder« and prefer »directory« instead.
That's why it is hard to find a generic translation (at least in
German).
