project-history gettextized

I created es.po file using current project-history.es.sgml
 and r2570 of project-history.sgml:
http://debian.blog.bbiq.jp/history-es/25es.po

assumed all strings match original, all strings unfuzzied there.

then, update using current po file:
http://debian.blog.bbiq.jp/history-es/es.po

93t66f121u now

what needed to be done:
* fetch the project-history.sgml r2570
* run po4a-gettextize -f sgml -m project-history.sgml -l project-history.es.sgml -L utf-8 -p es.po
* adjust structure where it claims and re-run po4a-gettextize
  in this phase I removed "<author>"s except the first;
  you can re-add them later
* you'll get a es.po :)
