Sorry for your time (I feel  _really_  ashamed). Had to reinstall 
docbook-xsl ¿?, and things went right. Only errors,

Error: no ID for constraint linkend: cmdlineSafeUpgrade.

Warn: AUTHOR sect.: no personblurb|contrib for Daniel Burrows     

but it builds. Got crazy searching for debug output and overlooked a 
good hint...
