Creo que lo mejor que puedes hacer es pasarte por el Proyecto PAMELI que
hasta el momento ha traducido tantas paginas man al castellano.

Tienen muy bien organizado el tema y te podría ayudar el hablar con ellos,
aunque quizá estas man estén integradas directamente en el paquete dpkg no
creo que te nieguen una ayudita.
