Bug#605245: debian-edu-config: Russian translation misplaced in debian/po

While "fixing" #603548, the ru.po files was misplaced. Instead of
going to www/, it was put in debian/po/, overwriting the correct and
complete translation that was there.
This just entered testing, so I'll be pestering you guys to fix this
as this compromizes the goal of having Russian to be 100% complete for
po-debconf in squeeze.
To fix this, please move debian/po/ru.po to www/ and restore the
debian/po/ru.po file that was in 1.444
And, of course, this should go in squeeze..:-)
