Commit to section /CD

Hello debian-www,

Please commit this to webwml/romanian/CD/releases/ (it must be created
first) as it seems the only person from our team with commit access is
currently not watching the mailing list (probably busy with other
projects).

I also added myself as the maintainer. Please do the same for the other
two pages under /CD/ (the main index and the misc file). The info for
the robot would be:

                'Andrei Popescu' => {
                        email       => 'andreimpopescu@gmail.com',
                        summary     => 3,
                        logs        => 3,
                        diff        => 0,
                        tdiff       => 2,

                },
