haserl: [INTL:pt_BR] please rename pt.po to pt_BR.po

Hi,

It seems debian/po/pt.po (from #638179) was overwritten by pt_BR.po
(from #827331).

Both files should be present: pt.po is for European Portuguese,
pt_BR.po is for Brazilian Portuguese.

Could you revert pt.po to the previous revision and add pt_BR.po (as is
in #827331), please?
