Atualização da página iniciada pelo Cláudio.

Não consegui usar o patch dele, mas aproveitei a
tradução dele mesmo assim.

Tive esse erro no teste:
tidy -e index.pt.html 
line 319 column 5 - Warning: replacing invalid character code 128
Character codes 128 to 159 (U+0080 to U+009F) are not allowed in HTML;

Era 'Às vezes' (crase - linha 251 no arquivo index.wml). Troquei por
'De vez enquando'

Segue para segunda revisão.
