Caso seja eu que vá incluir o comentário no arquivo e enviá-lo/reenviá-lo
ao mantenedor, eis os textos que proponho:
Comentário:
"The translator of this package has talked to the team - if necessary,
the pt-BR coordinator will confirm the behavior."
No corpo do email:
"Dear Ahmad,
Yes, due to several reasons our pt-BR translation should be included, the main one
being that it's a separate locale and the user may choose not to use pt as fallback - in
this case he/she would be shown the text in English, not in Portuguese."
