Translation of constitution

Hello ALL!

There's a mistake in the pt_BR translation of the constitution at
http://www.debian.org/devel/constitution

In the section about developer powers by way of GR ou election, the
original item 1 under 4.1 reads "Appoint or recall the Project Leader.",
that is incorrectly translated to "Nomear ou reeleger o Líder do
Projeto."... should be "Nomear ou destituir o Líder do Projeto."
